How it works
Questions

No. Vyavora reads the files you already have; where a file cannot be read, it says so and asks.
Usually under an hour for the first files; the brief starts the next morning.
Say what it really is on its card, or use "Filed in the wrong place?" on any record — every record from that file is refiled.
By the file: a sales register is money in for every row, an expense sheet money out. A document that cannot say is shown as undecided and you decide once for the whole file.
The rate you set on items — one action for the whole shelf. Until then the card says "needs rates", never ₹0 as a fact.
No. It gives your accountant a working file with every assumption written on it. Your accountant files.
Lead-form enquiries do: turn on email notifications in Meta's Leads Centre and they reach the mailbox you connected, tagged as Facebook. Page messages and Instagram DMs need Meta's connection, which comes with the automatic WhatsApp upgrade.
From your own sales: a line marked Loan, Udhaar, Khata, Due or On account is money still owed; Cash, UPI, Card and Credit are paid. Mark customer loans that way in your export's payment column, or bill them at the counter with 'Paid now' unticked, and 'Who owes you' fills in with one-tap WhatsApp reminders.
Counter, customers, enquiries, sales and stock. Never money, margins or profit — refused by the system, not hidden.
On our own systems in India, locked to your business, copied every night. Our team cannot open your workspace unless you ask.
It is already in your own folder in Excel, updated daily. Deletion on request.

The words we use

Terms · plain language
Vyavora is provided as a monthly service for your business. You own your data and may export or delete it. We keep the service available and backed up, fix what breaks, and tell you before anything changes that affects you. Vyavora arranges your records; it does not file returns, sign documents or post to your books. Either side may end the service at the end of any month.
Bring one sales export and one purchase file to the demo. You leave with your first owner numbers and every lead source connected.
