The business operating system for growing companies
Every lead, every file, every number of your business — read for you, understood for you, turned into growth, savings and foresight. No need for ten different software and five phones. Nothing typed. Nothing invented.
In one minute
The whole picture
Leads, bills, purchases, stock, expenses, staff, bank and your existing books — read as they are. What comes back is what you run a company on: customers kept, leaks stopped, next month seen in advance, and the health of the business watched every day.
Run your business with ease
Nothing to type, nothing to hunt for. The work you already do produces the answers you already need.
The morning brief: who owes you, who is waiting, what to reorder, what you earned yesterday. Five lines, each with one action.
Staff bill on the office computer; receipts go to customers on WhatsApp; stock moves with every sale. They see the counter — never your money.
Every enquiry from WhatsApp, email, your website and marketplaces sits in one queue. The sales team replies from there; the owner sees the count.
The day's exports and bills are picked up from your own folders and understood — sales, purchases, stock, expenses — without anyone typing.
Revenue, margin, running costs, profit before tax, cost per new customer, GST due — month by month, on your laptop or phone.
GST, salaries, sales, purchases and expenses are already in your folder, arranged the same way every month.
How your data moves
Vyavora picks up the files your business already produces, in the folders where you already keep them, and reads your messages and leads from the accounts you connect. It understands each one, keeps it locked to you, and returns the brief, the numbers and your accountant's files — on your phone, your laptop and the office computer. Nothing is ever written into your billing software, your books or your bank.
Your records go in. Answers, actions and your accountant's files come back — on every device you already use. Nothing is written into your billing software, books or bank.
Growth · lead management
WhatsApp, Gmail and Outlook, your website's form, IndiaMART, JustDial, Facebook and Instagram lead forms (they email you; we read the mail), phone calls you log and walk-ins your staff record — one list, newest first, the waiting time on each. The owner sees the count; the sales team works the queue; nobody searches five apps for a customer.
Our AI, in depth
Most "AI for business" is a chatbot on top of software you still have to fill in. Vyavora's AI reads your files; its own algorithms work out the numbers; and every number on every screen opens the records it came from.
Vyavora looks at a file the way an experienced accountant would — the sheet name, the headings, a few rows — and names what it is: a sales register, purchase bills, a stock count, expenses, a customer list. You accept it in one click, or say what it really is.
Your columns, whatever you called them, are matched to what they mean. The next file in the same layout is understood instantly. Columns Vyavora has no place for are kept with the item or the party, never thrown away.
A sales sheet is money in for every row. A purchase bill puts goods on the shelf; a plain order does not. Each sale line is linked to the same item your stock file named. The decision is shown on the file, and you can change it — for the whole file, in one click.
A sheet of 27,925 sales is filed as one document with 27,925 lines — in seconds, not one record at a time. Customers, suppliers and products are matched by code, name or phone, so a second file never creates a duplicate.
Every purchase raises stock at what it cost; every sale lowers it at the average cost of what was on the shelf. That is what makes margin per item real, and what "days of cover" is measured against — all on the line's own date.
A figure the records cannot support is shown as missing, never guessed. If a file was misread, one click refiles it. If you want a clean start, Start over reads every file afresh. Every release is tested on real client files before it reaches you.
Leaks · where your money is slipping out of your hands
Dead stock, overdue credit, a supplier's price creeping up, an expense above its own run-rate, stock that leaves without a bill. Nothing to sacrifice — just money that is yours, going where it should not. The brief does not say "review your inventory"; it says which item, how much money is in it, and what to do. Cost cutting only where a cost really has to be cut. Example figures from a sample business; your own open the real records behind them.
Example figures from a sample business. Each is a line in the owner's brief with one action; each opens the records behind it.
Stock that has not moved in 60 days is ranked by the money sitting in it, not by count — so the discount goes where it releases the most cash before the season turns.
Receivables are aged against each customer's own habit, not a fixed 30 days. A reminder with the bill and the amount goes on WhatsApp in one tap; the reply lands on the same thread.
When a supplier's price for the same item creeps up across purchase bills, the brief says so with the amount it is costing at your volume — before the next order, not at year end.
Each expense head is compared with its own earlier months. A bill that jumped is named with the payee, so the question is asked while it can still be answered.
Not "low stock" but days of sales left, with the distributor you last bought from — so a stock-out is prevented, not reported.
A count that does not match what was bought and sold is shown as a gap, with the item and the period — the first sign of theft or unbilled sales, seen the same week instead of at year end.
Regulars who stopped ordering surface before the balance sheet notices. One call, with their history on screen.

Cost is the weighted average of the purchases before each sale, from your own purchase bills. Items with no known purchase cost are counted and named, so the margin reads as a floor, never as a guess.
Foresight & business health
Sales forecasting from your own history, item by item; reorders sized to what will sell; cash planned against dues and bills that are already known.
Built from your own sales history, item by item and month by month — so reorders and cash planning look ahead, not back.
Margin, cash cover, dues collected on time, stock turning — each read from your records, each with a plain status. When one turns, it is the first line of the brief.
Watched every day from your own records. When one turns, it is the first line of the brief — with the reason and the action.
Security & data protection
Vyavora's own team cannot open your workspace; we can only look when you ask us to, for support, and you can revoke that any time. Two things an owner worries about — business data reaching someone outside, and money figures reaching someone inside who should not see them — are prevented layer by layer, by the system, not by a promise.
Every record is locked with a key that belongs to your business alone. Another business — or a mistake in our own software — cannot open it, because the wall is built into the storage itself, not added on top.
A counter operator sees the counter, customers, enquiries, sales and stock. Money, margins and profit never reach their screen — not hidden behind a menu, but never sent to them at all.
You and a staff member can be signed in side by side on one machine; your screen never becomes theirs, and signing one out never signs the other out.
Your data stays on systems in India, encrypted on the way in and out. A locked copy is taken every night, stored elsewhere, and tested by actually restoring it.
The intelligence that reads your files runs on our own systems. No file, message or number goes to an outside AI company, and nothing about your business is used to teach anyone else's.
Vyavora reads your billing software, your accounts, your mailbox — and changes nothing in them. Your data already sits in your own folder in Excel; ask, and it is deleted.
Platform
Each layer stands on the one below it. Together they turn what your business already produces into what you need to run it.
Everything that reaches your business, gathered.
What each thing is, what it means, where it belongs.
What needs doing today, with one action each.
The numbers an owner and an accountant can trust.
Sealed from outside; the wrong eyes inside never see money.
Bring one sales export and one purchase file to the demo. You leave with your first owner numbers and every lead source connected.
