1 · It recognises every file

Vyavora looks at a file the way an experienced accountant would — the sheet name, the headings, a few rows — and names what it is: a sales register, purchase bills, a stock count, expenses, a customer list. You accept it in one click, or say what it really is.

2 · It learns your headings once

Your columns, whatever you called them, are matched to what they mean. The next file in the same layout is understood instantly. Columns Vyavora has no place for are kept with the item or the party, never thrown away.

3 · It decides once per file

A sales sheet is money in for every row. A purchase bill puts goods on the shelf; a plain order does not. Each sale line is linked to the same item your stock file named. The decision is shown on the file, and you can change it — for the whole file, in one click.

4 · One file, one document

A sheet of 27,925 sales is filed as one document with 27,925 lines — in seconds, not one record at a time. Customers, suppliers and products are matched by code, name or phone, so a second file never creates a duplicate.

5 · Every item at its true cost

Every purchase raises stock at what it cost; every sale lowers it at the average cost of what was on the shelf. That is what makes margin per item real, and what "days of cover" is measured against — all on the line's own date.

6 · Nothing invented, and the safety nets
